How We Evolved
Five years ago, SKS was founded to help companies re-engineer legacy Sales 1.0 processes
leveraging new "sales sciences" and impact-based win-loss analytics. Our initial focus was on helping
clients build and sustain high performance sales organizations.

Today, while we continue to work in the area of sales and marketing transformation, SKS has
broadened its scope to help organizations to develop and leverage organizational knowledge as their
core competitive differentiator. The ability to effectively share and manage knowledge is becoming
